Riot Games Reveals New K/DA Skins for League of Legends Patch 26.22

After six years without new releases, K/DA is finally returning to League of Legends with a new set of skins featuring some of the group's most striking looks yet.

The skins bring K/DA's signature pop aesthetic back to Summoner's Rift, following the group's musical comeback with the release of the "Firestarter" track.

K/DA FIRESTARTER Skins

The first K/DA skins arrived in 2018, followed by a second wave in 2020 as the group continued to expand its presence in the League of Legends universe. Their hit song, “POP/STARS,” remains one of K/DA’s most iconic releases.

Upon its debut, the music video broke records, surpassing 100 million views in just one month and becoming the fastest K-pop music video to reach that milestone at the time.

In 2026, K/DA is making its return with a new track, a special EP releasing on October 21, and a fresh batch of skins coming to League of Legends. Ahri, Evelynn, Akali, and Kai’Sa are returning as K/DA members, with all four champions receiving new skins.

How Much Will K/DA FIRESTARTER Skins Cost

Ahri, Kai'Sa, and Evelynn share the same splash art for their new K/DA FIRESTARTER skins. Ahri and Kai’Sa will each receive Epic-tier skins, priced at 1,350 RP, while Evelynn’s Legendary skin will cost 1,820 RP.

Alongside the base skins, K/DA will also receive two Mythic Variants. Both Akali and Evelynn will get an additional variant each, available through League of Legends’ gacha system, The Sanctum.

Each Mythic Variant can require up to 40 pulls to obtain, with each Ancient Spark costing 400 RP. This brings the maximum cost to 16,000 RP per skin.

Depending on the RP bundles available in your region, that could mean spending approximately $120 to $130 out of pocket.

K/DA FIRESTARTER Akali and K/DA Hitmaker Evelynn will only be available through The Sanctum.

Once they leave the store, players may have to wait a while before getting another chance to obtain them, so keep this in mind if you plan to add these exclusive variants to your collection.

K/DA FIRESTARTER skins Release Date

All K/DA FIRESTARTER skins are set to release on November 4, alongside League of Legends Patch 26.22.

While the other K/DA skins will remain permanently available in the store, Akali and Evelynn’s Mythic Variants will only be available for a limited time.
