Bilibili Gaming Top Laner Bin Announces Temporary Break from Competing Following EWC Elimination
Chen “Bin” Zen-Bin, Top Laner for Bilibili Gaming (BLG), has announced that he will be taking a temporary break from competing. The Chinese League of Legends organization has announced that their Top Laner from BLG Junior, Yang “Wenbo” Wen-Bo, will be temporarily promoted to the main roster to play with the team in Bin’s stead.
From Golden Road to Mental Fracture
2 weeks ago, BLG was on the cusp of winning the 2026 Mid-Season Invitational (MSI). After winning Split 1 and 2 as well as First Stand, BLG was well on their way towards a second international title in 2026 and making their way one step closer towards the elusive Golden Road accolade.
Following their loss to Hanwha Life Esports in the Grand Finals, they headed to Paris for the 2026 Esports World Cup just days later. There, they fell to eventual champions Dplus KIA in the quarterfinals.
Now, following their second elimination within a week, Bin has announced that he will be taking a temporary break from the team and competing. His absence for the team heading into Split 3 will be sorely felt as BLG seek to claim the third domestic title of the season.
“Recently, my overall condition hasn’t been at its best. After discussing with the team, I will be stepping away from the stage for a while to rest and adjust.

Bin has served as BLG's Top Laner since June 2022 and this marks the first time he goes inactive for the organization. The LPL resumes on July 22 with Split 3 Week 1. BLG's opening matchup will be against ThunderTalk Gaming on July 23.
