He joined in 2018 and won the North American title four times between 2018 and 2019, a stretch of dominance that felt untouchable at the time. The highlight of that era came at MSI 2019, when Team Liquid knocked out reigning world champions Invictus Gaming 3-1 in the semifinals.

That result still stands as one of the greatest international performances in NA history. They fell to G2 in the final, but nothing took the shine off what that roster had built.

The org already has former teammates Lourlo and Pobelter on its content creator roster, both players who shared the stage with Doublelift during those golden years. The team competed in the NACL but got eliminated in the 2025 Split 1 Playoffs and later disbanded ahead of Split 2.

That chapter closed, but it showed he still had the fire burning. Now he channels that energy into content creation where his reach and sharp commentary can do more damage than a bot lane carry ever could.

Doublelift co-streaming LCS weekends is a genuine shot in the arm for the league's visibility. He has always been one of the most magnetic voices in North American esports, pulling in audiences who might skip the official broadcast entirely.
