CS2 Grenade Cam Exploit Brings Wallhack to Matchmaking and FACEIT

A critical new exploit has been discovered by CS2 players over the last few days that allows a facsimile of wallhacks by utilizing the grenade training camera during live competitive matches. This allows players exploiting this bug to track their opponent’s actions and movements without ever coming into line of sight.

Latest CS2 Exploit to Terrorise Competitive Matches

By utilizing launch option commands, players can activate the grenade practice camera in competitive games. Normally this would be disabled, however, sources have pointed to the recent Animgraph 2 update as the likely cause for the vulnerability.

Not only is the timing for this exploit’s surfacing coinciding with the Animgraph 2 update, but the overhaul also introduced several other game-breaking bugs including weapons clipping through walls and broken model movement.  It should be noted that Valve has already patched most of the exploits/bugs, however, this camera exploit has yet to be addressed.
