Tundra Esports took down Gaimin Gladiators at the finals of the Blast Slam II in a clean 3-0 series. This is the sixth series in a row between the two teams in which Tundra comes out ahead.

It's an incredible start for Tundra this year, as this is their second trophy this Dota 2 season and another massive prize pool for the team.

BZM explains how to beat Tundra Esports at Blast Slam II

BZM Joins Tundra Esports

It was a master class from Tundra in the grand finals, as they gave Gaimin Gladiators no openings to come back into the game at all. A big part of Gaimin's success in the past hinged on Quinn "Quinn" Callahan having a good lane but that was not happening in the series.

Bozhidar "bzm" Bogdanov shut him down every game and while it's hard to pick his most impressive performance, going 14-1-11 as Ember Spirit in the last game is probably out pick for MVP performance.

When asked how to play against BZM, the Bulgarian player humbly said that players only need to ban two of his heroes to win.

"I mean they just need to ban my Invoker, my Bristleback, and I'm done."

The goal for Tundra Esports this year extend beyond Blast Slam II. The team is hungry to take as many trophies as they can. Neta "33" Shapira summarized the team's approach to this Dota 2 season

"I always wanted to not just win one big tournament, then go back to being average. I always looked up to the teams that could win 4, 5, and 6 tournaments in a row and be really consistent, so that's the aim this year."

Tundra Esports is certainly off to a good start to achieving that goal, with two back to back championships. The team's next appearance will be at DreamLeague Season 25, starting on February 16th.
