PGL Wallachia Season 6: Lineup
Despite Team Falcons’ absence, PGL Wallachia Season 6 has a compelling lineup of 16 teams. The biggest organizations are present, alongside new squads from emerging regions. Here’s the full list of direct invites and qualified teams:

There were several changes between the initial lineup and the final list. Xtreme Gaming replaced Aurora Gaming, Wildcard Gaming was dismissed and signed by GamerLegion, and OG acquired Team Aureus’ roster — inheriting their SEA qualifier slot.
Tournament Format
By now, PGL Wallachia has a well-established structure. The Group Stage follows an adapted Swiss format, with all matches played as best-of-three. After five rounds, half the teams will be eliminated, and the other eight advance to the Playoffs.
The Group Stage runs from November 15–19, followed by the Playoffs from November 20–23. The Playoffs use a double-elimination bracket, featuring best-of-three matches and a best-of-five Grand Final on the last day.
Invited Talent
On the broadcast team, Jorien “Sheever” van der Heijden and Richard Lewis will host the event, joined by Jake “SirActionSlacks” Kanner as the in-house content creator and four experienced analysts.
For casting, Shannon “SUNSfan” Scotten and Troels Lyngholt “syndereN” Nielsen return as one of the on-site duos, while Owen “ODPixel” Davies and Maurice “KheZu” Gutmann provide remote commentary for this edition of PGL Wallachia.

Best Matchups: Round 1 Highlights
The day begins with PARIVISION vs. OG, a matchup filled with uncertainty. PARIVISION has struggled since finishing third at The International 2025, while OG looks to rebuild its identity in a new region with a new roster.
In the second wave, Team Liquid vs. GamerLegion is another intriguing clash. Liquid continues its post-Insania rebuild, while GamerLegion hopes for a strong showing to secure long-term support from their new organization.
The third set features BetBoom Team vs. Team Tidebound. BetBoom, the defending champions, will debut against a Tidebound squad that underwent major roster changes after being overshadowed by Xtreme Gaming at The International.
Finally, Tundra Esports vs. Nigma Galaxy closes the opening round. Fresh off their BLAST Slam IV championship, Tundra faces a Nigma Galaxy trying to regain relevance after their 4th-place finish at FISSURE Universe Episode 7. Nigma also brings in Aybek “TA2000” Tokayev on loan, replacing Daniel “Ghost” Chan.
Closing Thoughts
PGL Wallachia Season 6 offers another chance for top-tier Dota 2 action and thousands of dollars in prize money. While Team Falcons will sit this one out, BetBoom Team returns as the defending champions for a chance to expand their earnings in 2025.
