ESL One Raleigh moves forward into the playoffs, and it's time to see which teams came out on top during the Group Stage. In each group, two teams advance to the upper bracket, two to the lower bracket, and two are eliminated.

So far, the "usual suspects" have emerged as favorites going into the playoffs. Among the four teams in the upper bracket, Team Spirit faces extra pressure to perform — largely due to their recent decision to skip the upcoming DreamLeague, announced just a week ago.

ESL One Raleigh: The Usual Suspects

As expected, the four teams that finished the Group Stage in the upper bracket nearly mirror the EPT leaderboard’s Top 4. The only surprise was BetBoom Team losing a tiebreaker to Tundra Esports.

The playoff bracket, following an exciting Group Stage, kicks off with some strong matchups. The opening game on April 10th at 16:00 GMT features PARIVISION versus Tundra Esports.

Following that, Team Falcons will go up against Team Spirit at 19:30 GMT, assuming there are no delays. While tournaments usually start on schedule, extended games can cause matches to run late.

Day 2: Walking the Line

Day two of the playoffs features three lower bracket matchups. First up, Team Liquid faces AVULUS at 16:00 GMT on April 11th. Immediately after, BetBoom Team battles Nigma Galaxy at 19:35 GMT.

The third match of the day will feature the loser of Team Falcons vs. Team Spirit against the winner of Team Liquid vs. AVULUS, set to begin at 23:05 GMT.

Despite their shaky Group Stage, Team Liquid’s track record against AVULUS is reassuring. They haven’t lost to AVULUS in recent matchups, and that trend is unlikely to change anytime soon.

ESL One Raleigh – Playoffs Day 2 (April 11th):

These matchups will determine both upper bracket finalists and the next three eliminations as the tournament progresses.

Given that PARIVISION and Team Falcons finished first in their respective groups, both teams have already secured 640 extra points on the EPT leaderboard. This pushes them further ahead of rival contenders fighting for a Top 4 spot.
