We are back with another update on the Dota 2 Roster Shuffle season. This week brings important news on some of the most well-known organizations in the scene. First, we have OG, the only two-time back-to-back TI champions, announcing a brand-new roster.

Talon Esports also revealed their new lineup for Southeast Asia, bringing back big names from the region. BetBoom Team made a few surprising changes despite a strong TI performance, while Tundra Esports added a new soft support. Finally, PARIVISION confirmed that they will stick together after an incredible 2025 season..

OG: Another Attempt At Revival

OG continues its long-running effort to regain the glory of its legendary TI-winning era. The organization announced* a fresh roster composed of talents from different regions, mentored by none other than JohanN0tail” Sundstein. The two-time TI champion is back in a coaching role, aiming to turn this new roster into contenders.

The team features both new faces and familiar names.Igor “Stojkov” Stojkov joins as the midlaner on a trial basis, coming from Zero Tenacity — the very team that eliminated OG from the DreamLeague Season 27 Western European qualifiers.

RodrigoLelis” Santos, known as LESLÃO, transitions from position four to become the team’s hard support. With N0tail guiding the squad, Lelis will play a key role in providing leadership and stability, bridging the gap between rookies and veterans while trying to fill in N0Tail's big shoes as a position 5 player.

Flipster Talon Esports: The Circle of Life

Southeast Asian players are in either one of two cycles. Bouncing between SEA and other regions or spinning on their own region's eternal cycle, much like RTZ between EG and Secret in older times. This time around, Talon brings back three of the greatest names in the region.

  • Nuengnara "23savage" Teeramahanon (1)
  • Worawit "Q" Mekchai (4)
  • Chan "Oli" Chon Kien (5)

The big question is whether this roster can perform against Tier 1 competition outside Southeast Asia. Regional dominance has never been the issue for SEA squads — the challenge lies in breaking through at international tournaments. With this roster, Talon may finally have the tools to succeed.

BetBoom Team: A Couple Adjustments

BetBoom Team had an excellent run in 2025, finishing fourth at The International. Normally, such a result would mean stability, but the team surprised fans by making two key changes. Ivan Pure” Moskalenko and coach Anatoly “boolk” Ivanov were both moved out of the active roster.

Ilya "Kiritych" Ulyanov, who played with BetBoom earlier in the year, returns as their carry. He placed second at DreamLeague Season 26 and is seemingly seen as a consistent, reliable performer by the organization. Roman “rmN-” Paley was also announced as the new coach, replacing boolk.

These changes suggest BetBoom is preparing for the long season ahead, with eyes already set on future DreamLeague tournaments. Their new direction emphasizes stability and preparation over risk, aiming to build on their already strong foundation

Tundra Esports: New Hoodwink Era

Tundra Esports made a significant move after announcing MartinSaksa” Sazdov’s departure to the inactive roster. In his place, the organization picked up MatthewAri” Walker as the new position soft support. Ari first gained recognition during his time with OG, particularly for his outstanding Hoodwink plays. His hero pool may have expanded since then, but fans mostly remember his world-class performances with Hoodwink.

Now, Ari will play alongside Neta33” Shapira, forming one of the most aggressive offlane duos in the scene. With their synergy and playstyle, this could become Tundra’s biggest strength in the upcoming season. The organization probably has invites secured for major events, so the team has time to refine this new partnership.

PARIVISION: United We Stand

While not technically part of the Dota 2 Roster Shuffle, PARIVISION’s decision to stay together is newsworthy. After an incredible year, including third place at both the Esports World Cup 2025 and The International 2025, the roster will not change.

Their consistent results make them one of the top three teams in the world, and VolodymyrNo[o]ne-” Minenko remains at the heart of the project. In one of the teams documentaries, after EWC 2025 No[o]ne- promised Alan “Satanic” Gallyamov that they would push for a TI victory. Maybe PARIVISION could finally reach the top of the podium in this next season betting on their stability and constant progress.

Closing Thoughts

The second week of the Dota 2 Roster Shuffle was slower than expected, but still full of meaningful moves. OG is taking another gamble with a new international roster, Talon Esports is set to dominate SEA again, BetBoom made calculated changes, and Tundra added a rising star to its lineup. Meanwhile, PARIVISION’s commitment to stability shows confidence in their long-term potential.

As qualifiers and tournaments continue, the impact of these roster moves will become clearer. Some teams may struggle with synergy early on, while others could find instant success. Either way, the Dota 2 Roster Shuffle season is only just beginning, and fans can expect more surprises in the weeks ahead.
