As the Regional Leagues are finally wrapping up, the race to the BLAST R6 Major Munich is officially set. Sixteen elite teams have secured their spots at BMW Park Arena for the second Major of the 2025 season.
With a massive $750,000 prize pool at stake, competition will be fierce, but the true reward lies beyond money – the coveted direct qualification to the Six Invitational 2026 awaits the champion.
Europe MENA:
Team Falcons lead the charge after conquering the EU MENA League Stage 2 with incredible performances and tactical brilliance. Shaiiko and his squad made light work of their competition, positioning themselves as one of the top favorites heading into Munich.
Team Secret also enter the event on a high after their Esports World Cup triumph, showcasing remarkable consistency. Meanwhile, G2 and BDS – both storied names – have managed to rediscover their form and add a layer of unpredictability to the lineup.
South America:
Even though the South America League Stage 2 has not yet concluded at the time of writing, FURIA looked unstoppable through playoffs, continuing their incredible form after a win at RELOAD. w7m and FaZe Clan brought their trademark aggression, while NIP surprised many by clawing their way to fourth place.
With so much top-tier talent concentrated in one region, every matchup in Munich involving these teams promises fireworks.
North America:
M80 headlines the NA pack after an incredible lower bracket run to win North America League Stage 2, echoing their past success under the beastcoast banner at the BLAST Major Manchester 2024. Spacestation’s methodical approach and Shopify’s aggression make them unpredictable, while Wildcard’s scrappy playstyle ensures fans will never be bored.
Though they may not enter as favorites, these four teams are more than capable of taking down giants on their best days.
Asia Pacific:
Despite being Rainbow Six Siege’s most underdog and fragmented region, the Asia Pacific League produced fierce competition. Japanese powerhouse CAG Osaka dominated the playoffs to claim the top spot, avenging their earlier loss to Dplus – a controversial all-Brazilian roster reminiscent of Elevate.
Alongside Weibo Gaming and ENTERPRISE Esports, these teams might not be favorites, but overlooking them in Munich could easily spell disaster for more established contenders.
The BLAST R6 Major Munich kicks off on November 8, 2025. With the world’s best teams colliding, only one will claim the title and punch their ticket to the Six Invitational 2026.
