Marking a historic shift, VCT Pacific is set to take its international league finals to two new locations in 2026. The Stage 1 Finals will be held in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, a first for an event of this scale in the country. For Stage 2, reports indicate the circuit will head to Busan, South Korea, for the Finals weekend.

Ho Chi Minh City will host VCT Pacific Stage 1 Finals

Ahead of the 2026 season, VALORANT announced a new approach for its international leagues. The final weekend of each stage’s playoffs will be a destination event, and Ho Chi Minh City has been announced as the first one.

The initial matches of the league will be played at the Sangam Colosseum in Seoul, South Korea, with only the Finals moving to Ho Chi Minh City. While Vietnam has hosted VCT events before, this will be the first one on a grand scale. Previous VCT events in Ho Chi Minh City include VALORANT Challengers 2023 Split 2 Playoffs, VCL 2024 Split 2 Finals, and Challengers 2025 Southeast Asia: Split 3 Playoffs.

VCT Pacific League 2026 Stage 1 will kick off on April 3 and culminate on May 17. While the exact playoff and Finals schedule is pending, the May 17 end date suggests the live Finals event in Vietnam will likely be held from May 15-17.

VCT Pacific reportedly returns to South Korea for Stage 2 Finals

South Korea has been host to the VCT Pacific League since its inception in 2023. However, this edition of the international league will reportedly mark the shift from the capital, Seoul, to the country’s second-largest city, Busan. Similar to Stage 1, all matches, except the Finals weekend, will be held in Seoul.

VCT Pacific League Stage 2 will run from July 16 to September 6. Although the exact Finals schedule is pending, the September 6 date indicates the live event in Busan will likely be held from September 4-6.
