VALORANT Mobile is set to launch with integrated esports infrastructure built into the game. The mobile version will feature Premier mode and a dedicated E-Sports Hub, creating a clear pathway from casual play directly into professional competition.

Premier Mode Connects Players to Professional Esports

The mobile Premier system mirrors VALORANT's PC version, which has already promoted over 50 teams into Challengers leagues since 2024. Players form five-person teams and compete in scheduled matches, with teams seeded into divisions based on their collective matchmaking rating (MMR).

Teams progress through division tiers (Open, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite, Contender, and Invite) with the highest-performing rosters earning promotion into official Riot-run Challengers competitions in their region. Riot described this structure as a "clear progression" to the VALORANT Champions Tour.

According to Riot's 2025 competitive roadmap:

"Premier is the foundational step in the Path to Pro, the starting point to Champions that lives directly in the game."

E-Sports Hub Brings Professional Esports Into the Game

VALORANT Mobile includes a dedicated E-Sports Hub where fans can watch professional matches directly from the game client and make predictions on match outcomes to earn in-game rewards. This feature mirrors the Shotcall system that launched for PC players in August 2025, which awards points based on correct predictions during live VCT matches.

VALORANT Mobile Launch and Scale

VALORANT Mobile launched in China on August 19, 2025, becoming the country's most successful mobile game debut of 2025 with over 50 million monthly active users. Riot Games and Tencent invested $200 million over three years to support the game's development and competitive ecosystem.

While no specific global release date has been confirmed, industry observers expect an early 2026 launch based on the completion of China's National Finals in December 2025.
