T1’s historic third consecutive World Championship victory has been immortalized in League of Legends through the traditional, yet ambitious, T1 Worlds 2025 skins

The new Worlds 2025 skins don't just celebrate the roster’s dominance, however, but also embed deeply personal stories, references, and hidden Easter eggs that reflect each player’s journey.

From subtle animation callbacks to layered symbolic design, this skin line goes far beyond cosmetics and acts as a tribute to legacy.

T1 Worlds 2025 Skins: Champions and Concept

Each player selected a champion they used during the tournament, resulting in the following lineup:

Set to release on July 16, Riot built the skin line around the concept of “ascended warriors,” representing players reaching a god-like realm. Three core design pillars—heritage, hierarchy, and natural charm—shape the visual identity.

Notably, players were heavily involved in the creative process, directly contributing ideas that ultimately led to some of the most intricate Easter eggs ever included in Worlds skins.

Doran’s Ambessa: Power and Personality

Doran’s Ambessa skin is filled with personal flair. His request for a lion-inspired hairstyle and red-accented weaponry gives the skin a fierce identity, but the real surprises lie deeper.

The recall animation is entirely his concept: Ambessa pulls out Doran's Blade, Doran's Shield, and Doran's Ring, symbolizing his championship journey. Riot also slipped in the “Kruglord” meme, a nod that fans will instantly recognize.

Doran also suggested making Ambessa appear younger, but Riot rejected the idea to preserve the champion’s core identity.

Oner’s Xin Zhao: A Career in One Recall

Oner kept his requests simple: a jacket-style cape and red weapon accents, but Riot elevated this into a dynamic, flowing silhouette that stands out in motion.

The real highlight is the recall animation, which serves as a tribute to his Worlds-winning champions. Xin Zhao cycles through iconic moves: Lee Sin’s kick, Poppy’s hammer swing, and Pantheon’s shield slam.

This sequence effectively compresses Oner’s championship history into a single animation. The finishing touch has a T1 jacket appearing at the end. This was personally requested by Oner during feedback.

Faker’s Galio: The Legacy of a Dynasty

Faker’s Galio skin is arguably the most symbolic of the lineup. Designed to reflect his unparalleled legacy, the skin is layered with references to his six World Championship titles.

Galio’s wings were completely redesigned based on the T1 logo, while lighting effects make him appear as if standing under a spotlight—fitting for the game’s most iconic player.

The recall animation is packed with meaning: six stars orbit Galio as he ascends into space, representing Faker’s championships. As Earth shrinks below, a T1 logo appears upon landing, reinforcing his enduring dominance.

Faker even pushed for a larger space backdrop, though Riot scaled it down to maintain gameplay clarity.

Gumayusi’s Yunara: Emotion in Motion

Gumayusi’s Yunara skin stands out for its emotional storytelling. He chose the champion partly because Yunara’s design already aligned with his playstyle and then refined her aesthetic with a twin-bun hairstyle and added stylistic details.

A hidden gem lies within Yunara’s weapon: T1 mascot Ati appears inside the orb, displaying different expressions depending on animations.

The recall animation is deeply personal. It depicts Yunara meditating, facing confusion and hardship, and ultimately finding hope through light and a butterfly. This narrative arc was entirely Gumayusi’s idea, symbolizing his mental journey as a competitor.

Keria’s Seraphine: Stage Presence and Subtle References

Keria took a different direction, emphasizing charm over intensity. He specifically requested a “cute and beautiful” design, which led to softer visuals and expressive animations.

One of the most personal touches is the redesigned cheek marking—a “K” shape representing his name.

The recall animation recreates Keria performing on stage in a T1 uniform, complete with a dramatic jacket removal and close-up shot. These moments directly reference his emotional reaction during Game 5 against Anyone’s Legend at Worlds 2025.

To achieve this, Riot artists reportedly hand-drew 12–16 frames of 2D animation, adding an extra layer of craftsmanship.

Prestige Miss Fortune: Gumayusi’s MVP Tribute

As Finals MVP, Gumayusi earned a Prestige Miss Fortune skin loaded with career-defining references.

The most striking feature is the three evolving gun sets, each representing one of his Worlds titles. These weapons change dynamically whenever he uses his ultimate ability, alongside enhanced visual effects and a flowing hairstyle.

The skin also includes a subtle Easter egg: a Baron doll appears in an animation, referencing his famous Baron steal at Worlds 2022.

The recall animation is a highlight reel of clutch moments:

  • Dodging Kalista spears against Weibo Gaming (2023)

  • Evading Ashe arrows versus BLG (2024)

  • Shooting down Ziggs bombs against KT

It culminates with Gumayusi lifting the MVP trophy, encapsulating his journey from rising star to world champion.

The Hidden Ward Skin: Tom’s Unexpected Cameo

Even T1 coach Tom gets his moment through the Worlds ward skin. The ward transforms into a cat resembling him, complete with his hairstyle and headset.

A subtle Easter egg appears as the cat flips through a book, and one page contains an image of Dr. Mundo. This references a behind-the-scenes moment where Tom instructed Oner to learn the champion, later spotted studying Mundo guides.

Faker’s Skin Legacy Continues

With the addition of the Galio skin, Faker now has ten skins in League of Legends—more than 68 champions and roughly 39% of the entire roster.

It’s a staggering statistic that further cements his legacy not just as a player, but as a central figure in League of Legends history.

Together, they set a new benchmark for how Worlds skins can honor both competitive excellence and the human stories that shape it.
