OWCS World Finals 2025: Schedule, Format, Teams and more
Tomorrow is the big day: the OWCS World Finals are kicking off, and honestly, this is the tournament everyone's been waiting for all season. Twelve of the world's best teams are heading to DreamHack Stockholm to battle it out from November 26-30, with the main event going live at the venue from November 28 onwards.
When and Where to Watch
Games start at noon CET on November 26-27 (from the studio), then shift to the main stage at DreamHack Stockholm's Stockholmsmässan venue on November 28. The final days start an hour earlier at 11 AM CET. You can catch everything on Twitch and YouTube through the official Overwatch Esports channels, with tons of language options and co-streamer watch parties if you prefer watching with your favorite content creators.
Tournament Format
It's a 12-team double-elimination bracket. The region champions get byes through the first round. Early matches are first-to-two, later rounds jump to first-to-three, and the Grand Finals is first-to-four. So yeah, if you lose early, you've got a whole lower bracket to fight through.
Free Rewards for Viewers
Here's something genuinely cool: just by watching and linking your Battle.net account, you'll get free loot boxes, exclusive skins for Brigitte, Torbjörn, Ana, Hazard, Wuyang, and D.Va, Swedish-themed sprays, name cards, and weapon charms. Teams Fighting for The Ultimate Glory
Here is the complete 12-team list of participants:
- Crazy Raccoon (Korea)
- Team Falcons (Korea)
- T1 (Korea)
- Weibo Gaming (China)
- Team CC (Japan)
- VARREL (Japan/Pacific)
- Twisted Minds (EMEA)
- Al Qadsiah (Saudi Arabia)
- Team Peps (EMEA)
- Team Liquid (North America)
- Spacestation Gaming (North America)
- Geekay Esports (North America)
Crazy Raccoon is the clear favorite here. They're Korea's first seed and straight-up the most dominant team right now. They won the Champions Clash and came back from 3-1 down to beat Team Falcons 4-3 in the Korea grand finals, and that's the kind of momentum that wins tournaments. Their 77% map win rate and that signature dive playstyle with ZEST on tank makes them incredibly scary.
Team Falcons are the only team realistically challenging them though. They won the Mid-Season Championship at EWC and always seem to show up when it matters most. They're stronger on brawl-heavy maps, which gives them an interesting style matchup against Crazy Raccoon.
From North America, Team Liquid dominated the region and are the real deal. They went perfect in the regular season and beat Spacestation 4-3 in the NA grand finals. Spacestation's still a threat as the second seed, but Liquid's the strongest NA representative here.
Going in Person? Know This About Seating
If you're heading to Stockholm, here's something critical: DreamHack gets absolutely packed (52,000+ people last year), and free seating is first-come-first-served. Unless you get there early, you're probably not watching from a good spot. Seriously, buy the OWCS guaranteed seating add-on with your ticket. It's worth it to actually see the matches instead of standing in the back wondering what's happening.
The venue is at Stockholmsmässan, reachable via Älvsjö station on public transport. Festival runs Friday 11 AM-9 PM, Saturday 9 AM-9 PM, and Sunday 9 AM-8 PM. In-person attendees also get exclusive digital rewards like the Flight to Finals icon and skins.

While there's already a base prize pool from the start, Blizzard's also doing crowdfunding through a Scarlet Flare cosmetics bundle (4,500 Overwatch Coins). 25% of sales go directly to the pot, so the final amount will be revealed on December 9 when the bundle leaves the shop.

The mappool got shaken up since Stage 3 ended. Nepal and Busan are in now (replacing Lijiang and Samoa), Blizzard World and Midtown are in (replacing Hollywood and Eichenwalde), and the payload maps rotated too. These changes favor dive-heavy play, which could shake things up compared to what teams prepared for earlier in the season.

Five days of world-class Overwatch starts tomorrow. Crazy Raccoon are the favorites, but Team Falcons can absolutely challenge them, and Team Liquid brings serious North American talent. Watch from home for those free drops, or head to Stockholm if you want the full experience... just make sure to secure your seating if you do.
This is the moment the whole season's been building toward. Let's go.
