The theme for League of Legends 2026 Season 2 has just been announced – Pandemonium. In accompaniment with the theme announcement, there are new skins to look forward to as well as a new map for the Arena game mode. In the trailer, Riot Games showcases the upcoming updates for Season 2 Act 1, featuring a frightful assembly of skins battling on Arena’s newest battleground.

Themed Skins for Vayne, Annie, Kindred, and Shaco

The Night Hunter was featured prominently in the newest Riot Games’ trailer, signalling that her cosmetic addition would be one of the main highlights of the new season’s launch. Alongside Vayne, Annie, Kindred, and Shaco also made appearances in the trailer, completing the confirmed lineup for champions to receive new cosmetics with the coming of the new season theme.

Shaco was the most recent champion to be graced with a skin, receiving his “Cat-in-the-Box” Legendary skin in 2025. The other 3 last saw a new skin back in 2024.

Arena Receives a Fresh Coat

With the announcement of the season theme as well as the contents of the trailer, it is clear that the 2nd season of 2026 will be one of chaos and visually rich palettes and tones. It’s a vibrant, festive, loud theme, and the already announced skin additions to come with the season fit the bill well.

The newest Arena map is a rough tumble of stone and wood, with plenty of cover. While the full layout has yet to be revealed, the color tone is surprisingly on the tame side compared to the new skins, meaning the pandemonium is likely to come in a different form.

League of Legends Season 2 Arrives with Volume

Lock in for a new season of League of Legends. With hints already dropped of further champion skins in the works, there’s plenty to look forward to in the coming weeks.
