Former World Champion Looking for a Team in 2027
Former Bryan "pANcada" Luna is officially a free agent for the 2027 VALORANT season. The Brazilian world champion announced his availability on Wednesday, September 16, saying he is open to both individual offers and the possibility of building a new project from scratch.
pANcada Has Been Out of Competition Since LOUD's Kickoff Elimination
pANcada was part of the LOUD roster that won VALORANT Champions 2022 in Istanbul alongside Erick "aspas" Santos, Felipe "Less" de Loyola, Gustavo "Sacy" Rossi, and Matias "saadhak" Delipetro. After the title, pANcada and Sacy joined Sentinels ahead of the 2023 season. pANcada remained with the North American organization until 2024, when he returned to LOUD for the second half of the year.
LOUD had one of its worst performances in 2025, finishing near the bottom of the standings in both VCT stages. The team made changes for 2026 and kept pANcada, but once again failed to produce a strong result.
LOUD opened its 2026 campaign with losses to Cloud9, 100 Thieves, and Evil Geniuses before being eliminated from the Americas Kickoff. pANcada, who had taken over as the team's in-game leader, was benched, and the two sides officially parted ways on May 4.
At the time of his departure, pANcada had already indicated that his plans were focused on the following season. In his farewell message, the Brazilian thanked LOUD and its fans before signing off with "see you in 2027."
The circumstances behind his removal from the starting lineup became clearer in September. In an interview with THESPIKE Brasil, pANcada said he was surprised to be one of the first players removed from the team after its poor start to the season, explaining that he expected changes but did not think he would be the first one affected.
KRÜ Move Fell Through Before Stage 2
pANcada also came close to returning to competition before the end of the 2026 season. In another interview given in September, the player confirmed that he had expected to play for KRÜ Esports during VCT Americas Stage 2.
The move, however, fell through because of an issue involving his U.S. visa. According to pANcada, there was not enough time to obtain a new visa before KRÜ needed to move ahead with its season, leaving the Brazilian without another official match after January.
Now, pANcada enters the market for 2027 as he looks to return to the VALORANT stage. For now, there are no rumors about any teams potentially interested in the player.
