North American esports organization Wildcard Gaming has announced that prominent streamer Kaitlyn 'Amouranth' Siragusa has joined the company as a Co-Owner.

Amouranth has acquired a ‘significant ownership stake’ in the organization and will play a crucial role in its growth and scaling efforts moving forward. Although financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed, the partnership is poised to have considerable impact to Wildcard Gaming.

A Strategic Partnership

Amouranth brings her extensive following of 14 million fans into the fold of a stable and growing esports organization. Her involvement will significantly boost Wildcard Gaming's popularity, particularly throughout North America.

“With the esports industry beginning to stabilize coming out of a few tumultuous years, we felt now was the best time to make a move… Her impact on our organization will be immediate”

- John Griffin, Co-Owner of Wildcard Gaming.

The collaboration will harness Amouranth's strengths in content creation, marketing, and creativity, bringing her into the mix with some of the most experienced minds in esports.

“I’ve always had my eye on esports. I’ve admired what other creators like DisguisedToast and MoistCrit1kal have done with their own organizations. In my conversations with orgs and research, Wildcard felt like the best opportunity to help shape a growing organization.”

Brand Refresh and Future Plans

Wildcard Gaming recently underwent a brand refresh, returning to their original branding from their founding in 2017. The upcoming in-game skins for Rainbow Six, the organization’s flagship title, will reflect this rebrand. And also, a refreshed apparel line featuring both men's and women's options, with Amouranth promoting these across her platforms.

Moreover, the organization is exploring expansion into additional esports titles, with details to be announced soon. Both Amouranth and Wildcard Gaming are based in Houston, TX. And will continue their operations from the region, with plans for a future performance center and office space.

Fans can look forward to catching Wildcard Gaming and Amouranth in action during planned Rainbow Six watch parties for the North America League 2024 - Stage 2 starting in September of this year.
