Razer Announced as Latest Partner for VCT EMEA in Multi-Year Deal

As the countdown to Kickoff continues, VALORANT Esports EMEA has just announced a multiyear partnership with Razer as the official gaming chair partner for 2026 and 2027. The partnership will extend to both VCT EMEA as well as Game Changers EMEA.

Razer x VCT EMEA

The gaming giant is well known for their peripherals and entered the gaming furniture industry back in 2020 with the Razer Iskur. With this partnership, it has been announced that the Razer Iskur V2 Gaming Chair will be used on-stage, in the coaching booth, as well as in the co-streaming rooms during VCT EMEA and Game Changers EMEA matches.

“In a game like VALORANT, precision, speed, and consistency can decide the outcome. Whether it’s in pro play or your ranked games, having the right setup is crucial for success.” – from the official VALORANT Esports EMEA press release.

Previously, Cougar served as the official gaming chair partner for VCT EMEA and Game Changers EMEA for the 2023 and 2024 season while Herman Miller briefly partnered with Riot Games for both leagues following a deal announced in July 2025.

A Partnership for the Fans - KitKat x EMEA Also Announced

In another announcement released two days ago, VALORANT Esports EMEA delivered sweet news with KitKat becoming an official partner for VCT EMEA and Game Changers EMEA for the 2026 season. In the upcoming matches at Kickoff, expect “fun advertisements”, in-game break segments, and exclusive event kits.

“KitKat will help us all catch our breath and have a break after intense clutch moments, helping players reset between rounds.” – from the official VALORANT Esports EMEA press release.

The partnership will also bring further live event enhancements such as thundersticks, fansigns and additional “fun on-site activities”

VCT EMEA Returns in 2026 with Kickoff to Start

The first VCT EMEA domestic event of the year sees the Riot Games Arena play host to 12 teams competing in the new triple-elimination bracket format. From January 20th to February 15th, they will battle it out for three qualifications spots to Masters Santiago.

Team Vitality CEO Neo: "For Us to be a Global Leader Means Being a Contender at EWC"

Team Vitality remains one of the most influential and well-known esports organizations to date. The Paris-based org fields over 20 esports teams in various esports, though their immensely impressive results in Counter-Strike take center stage.  Being one of the organizations present at Esports World Cup 2026 in Paris, we managed to speak with Fabien "Neo" Devide, Co-Founder and CEO of the Hive, just after an interview with Mike McCabe, COO of the Esports World Cup Foundation, at the opening press conference at EWC. Neo provided a ton of insight into the organization's participation at this year's edition of EWC in Paris. He expressed his desire for the org to perform to the highest standards, but also highlighted that rivalry is key to grow the ecosystem. Additionally, Neo gave strong opinions on the growth of mobile esports following last year's Vitality's takeover and merger with Indonesian side Bigetron, stressing the need for innovation and following ideas in the east, as much as the west.
