Police Complaint Filed Against TitaN For Sexual Abuse

Back in January 2025, paiN Gaming’s suspended Alexandre "TitaN" Lima after multiple women, including his ex-girlfriend accused him of sexual harassment and illegal sharing of intimate content. Streamer Gabzuski, the ex-girlfriend, also confirmed the group of women will pursue the matter legally.

Now, an official complaint has been lodged against TitaN at the Civil Police of the state of São Paulo as per reports from VTV news portal. Amongst the complainants is also a 16-year-old girl and atleast three more women.

Sexual Abuse and Non-consensual Sharing of Intimate Video

According to the statement provided to VTV News by Public Security Secretariat São Paulo, the case is being investigated as dissemination of pornography, rape of a vulnerable person, and sexual harassment.

You can read the initial report on the situation [here]. Also read Mais Esports’ detailed report on the police complaint and the legal proceedings and the report [here].

As a response to the initial statement, TitaN claimed there were no summons from the court and hence there is no legal process and, from a legal standpoint, “no crime was committed".

When Mais Esports reached out to Gabzuski for a statement on TitaN response, she said:

"It's only February and the whole thing happened in January; we're still writing the legal documents. It's normal for this to take time. He's taking advantage of the fact that he hasn't been served with the summons yet to say that nothing has happened, but he just hasn't been served yet."

Mais Esports, in their detailed report, also mention a delay because the victims are afraid and are afraid and have recanted the complaints multiple times. They all have also been meeting several lawyers to decide what path to take.

Following the reports of the police complaints, paiN Gaming also have officially removed TitaN from the organization.
