FaZe Clan have won the South America League (SAL) Stage 2 title in Rainbow Six Siege. The Brazilian squad swept Team Liquid Alienware 2-0 on Sunday, October 11, completing a clean sweep of both regional stages in 2026 and taking home R$125,000 in first-place prize money.

The Grand Final opened on Fortress, where FaZe and Liquid battled into overtime before FaZe secured an 8-6 victory. The second map was far more one-sided. FaZe dominated Lair without dropping a single round, closing out the series with a 7-0 win to claim the championship.

The result marked FaZe's second victory over Liquid in the same playoff weekend. On Saturday, October 10, FaZe had already beaten their rivals 2-0 in the upper bracket final, winning Clubhouse 7-4 and Villa 8-6. That victory sent FaZe directly to the Grand Final, while Liquid had to fight their way back through the lower bracket.

Liquid Reach Grand Final After Lower Bracket Comeback

Team Liquid Alienware began Sunday with a 2-1 victory over Fluxo W7M in the lower bracket final. Fluxo W7M took the opening map, Chalet, with a convincing 7-1 win, but Liquid responded by sweeping Lair 7-0. The series came down to Kafe Dostoyevsky, where Liquid edged out an 8-7 victory to advance.

Liquid returned to the server later that day for another meeting with FaZe. Although the South America League Stage 2 title was still on the line, both organizations had already secured their places at the Osaka Major. FaZe and Liquid qualified for the international tournament after defeating Black Dragons and FURIA, respectively, in the opening round of the playoffs.

FaZe Complete the South America League Double

FaZe Clan finished the 2026 South America League season with both regional titles. In Stage 1, held during the first half of the year, the Brazilian squad defeated FURIA 2-1 in the Grand Final and collected another R$125,000 in prize money.

Between their two regional championships, FaZe also claimed the Esports World Cup 2026 title. The team defeated FURIA 3-1 in the Grand Final held in Paris, earning $750,000 and securing a spot at the Six Invitational 2027.

South America League Stage 2 Final Results

Sunday, October 11:

  • Team Liquid Alienware 2-1 Fluxo W7M
  • FaZe Clan 2-0 Team Liquid Alienware

Four Brazilian Teams Head to the Osaka Major

The next major event for Brazil's Rainbow Six Siege teams will be the BLAST R6 Major Osaka, scheduled for November 6-15 in Japan. FaZe Clan, Team Liquid Alienware, Fluxo W7M, and LOS will represent Brazil at the final international Rainbow Six Siege competition of the season.

FaZe enter the Major as one of the favorites to lift the trophy. The team currently sit second in the global R6 Esports standings, having won both South America League stages and the Esports World Cup in 2026. Their achievements also include back-to-back Six Invitational titles in 2025 and 2026, along with a previous Major championship.

With a dominant regional campaign and several major international results behind them, FaZe have firmly established themselves among the world's best teams. If the Brazilian squad can carry their 2026 form into Osaka, they will be well-positioned to challenge for another international trophy.
