With October 6th set as the invitation date for the StarLadder Budapest Major 2025, we now have the 32 teams that will partake in the second Valve-sponsored event of the year.
As per Valve’s new rules, the Budapest Major 2025 will skip the MRQs and directly begin with Stage 1 of the tournament. To qualify, teams had to accumulate as many VRS points as possible. Over the past six months, many teams have been grinding through LAN events to ensure they had enough points to make the cut.
The 32 teams qualified for the biggest tournament of the year are:

Starting November 24th, these teams will battle across four stages of competition to secure the second Valve title of the year. The first three stages will each feature a 16-team Swiss bracket, with eight teams advancing to the next stage.
The final eight teams will compete in a single-elimination Playoffs to crown the Budapest Major 2025 Champion at the "best Major arena in the history of Counter-Strike."
