The Esports Balkan League (EBL) Summer 2026 is the Summer split of the Esports Balkan League, the premier professional League of Legends competition for the Balkan region. The Esports Balkan League launched in 2017 as the first major professional multi-title esports league in the Balkans, initially encompassing League of Legends, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, and Dota 2 with an aggregate prize pool exceeding €140,000. It evolved from the earlier Fortuna Championship Series (FCS), also run by Fortuna Esports. Format

For EBL 2026 Summer, the regular season features 6 teams in a single round-robin format with all matches best-of-three (Bo3). The top 4 advance to the playoffs; 5th and 6th are eliminated from the split. Tiebreakers prioritize game differential, head-to-head record, then games won.

Playoffs expand to 8 teams: the top 4 from the Summer regular season, winners of national leagues (e.g., Bulgaria, Hungary), and the top 2 from the EBL Summer Open. It uses a single-elimination bracket (some sources note double-elimination elements in related splits), with Hard Fearless Draft (champions pickable only once per series by either team).
